Capture the North Norfolk Coast Experience
We have a varied coastline that has once again been awarded as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Helen Storer Photography will support you in exploring the vast beaches, rugged marshes and local wildlife that earned the coast its title. Each port of call along the coast awaits the artistic photographer.
The North Norfolk coastal landscape stretches for 45 miles. Standing on Norfolk’s beaches more often than not we find space, freedom, autonomy. To the west of the coastline, erosion on the beach at Holme and Thornham at the turn of the century uncovered Seahenge, a cryptic circle of oaks erected in the bronze age, possibly for funeral rites. These ancient marks, and the uncertainty around them, challenge and thrill us. And then central along the Norfolk coastline is Cromer. Cromer is a victorian seaside resort with a splendid pier, and old-fashioned amusements.
We will start our 7 hour day at Wells Next Sea at 10 am and finish around 5 pm at Thornham, except for summer workshops in May, June & July when we will usually start at Wells Next Sea and finish at Cromer.
